Pages service

Pages are for internal documentation which only logged in members of the project can see. Think of it as internal team collaboration. To facilitate organizing pages, we have spaces. Spaces can be created by project admins and managers. Pages can be created inside spaces. Each page needs to have a parent which can be the space itself or other pages.
